Cyrus is a management executive with deep ICT and Financial Services experience across customer experience, digital, marketing, product management & design. Prior to joining Strativity Cyrus held long term senior roles in customer experience management at Telstra and ANZ. He has developed customer strategy, customer experience centers of excellence and managed large scale, multi stakeholder transformation programs across both analogue and digital channels.
Cyrus also brings significant international experience through his previous global management roles in Telecommunications and Media. He holds a Masters of Marketing from MBS, a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelors of Arts from Swinburne University of Technology and has completed AGSM’s General Manager Executive Program.
